Hradec Economic Days 2016 came up with interesting issues

    On February 2nd and 3rd FIM UHK hosted experts from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland who were attending the international conference Hradec Economic Days – HED 2016.

    The objective of this conference with a fourteen-year-old history was to present the results of scientific research in the fields of economics, management, tourism and mathematical models in economics. Again this year has brought interesting views of economic issues and provided the experts from similar fields with an opportunity for meeting and discussion.

    To mention at least a few most significant guests, Ing. Jiří Rusnok, a ČNB Bank Board Member; Mgr. Jiří Štěpán from Technology Centre of Hradec Králové and prof. Kamil Kuča from University of Hradec Králové made their speeches on the first day of the conference.

    The participants´contributions were divided according to their topics into the following seven sessions where they were presented and discussed: Latest issues in the financial markets, Regional development in macroeconomic context, Business economics and management, Mathematical models in economics, Modern trends in management, Ekonomia i zarządzanie regionów i przedsiębiorstw and Ekonomika a řízení firem a regionů.
