Journal Characteristics

Living Archaeology was founded in 2004 as a journal of archaeological experiment and reconstruction. It focuses on archaeological experiments and reconstructions from broader viewpoints, and includes topics such as the presentation of archaelogy, public archaeology, etc.
The journal is issued once a year.


The journal is published by the Department of Archaelogy, Philosophical Faculty, University of Hradec Králové.
